Our environmental engineering consultancy provides the initial designs for projects in the main relating to Lift Specifications, the Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing Designs etc and then, once into construction monitors the installation of the Lifts, the mechanical install, the electrical and plumbing services but also offering the following services if required.

The services we provide covers all aspects of environmental engineering and building services systems and installations. We are usually appointed from the conception of a project through to the completion of the developments. However, we continue to assist clients with their needs and operational requirements after the projects are handed over, as ‘aftercare’ is an important part of the service we provide.

We have successfully developed long term relationships with clients by providing an efficient and reliable service. We are committed to maintaining these relationships by continuing to exceed the client’s expectations.

All student accommodation developments, of which our work with Crown Student Living is typical, need an experienced design for all aspects of the mechanical and electrical systems but also the operational needs of the developments when completed. 

Having worked with Crown Student Living on their own projects for the past nine years we have played a significant role in the design and construction process on the Crown Projects from the concept stages to the project’s completion and beyond.

We are usually in the fortunate position as we are generally involved in the concept designs with our clients from start to finish, helping them to establish the evolution for the brand and quality of their product.

With our vast experience in the design of student accommodation, Residential Developments, and hotels, with the desire to achieve the most practical and effective and efficient solutions, we have the relevant experience that your projects demand.

In addition to being employed in the Hotel and Student Accommodation sectors, we have also been appointed as the Environmental Engineering Consultant for a number of major retail clients including Brands such as Marks & Spencer, Tesco and New Look.
